The Tilbury House Debating Society organises an international debating competition annually. The Tilbury House IV 2013 will be held from December 13th until December 15th at the University of Cologne. Chief-Adjudicators of the competition will be the current European universities debating champion Emilia Carlqvist and the current world universities debating vice champion Rogier Baart.
