The Tilbury House Debating Society is looking back on another succesful and exciting year. We were able to send 26 debaters and four judges to ten tournaments in six countries, including the European (EUDC) and the World (WUDC) championship. Furthermore we had our own internal tournament in December 2012 and January 2013 with eigth participating teams. Sureley the greatest success was the second edition of the resurrected Tilbury House IV in December. We were able to welcome 28 teams from six countries, including Turkey, Belarus and Afghanistan, to an amazing tournament with high-class CAs Emilia Carlqvist and Rogier Baart. However, our society is most dependent on an steady flow of new members and we were more than happy to welcome more than 20 newcomers to Tilbury House. Are you game for 2014?
