During the time our regular workshop has been held, we covered all possible sorts of topics; from strategy to understanding international relationships.
As for so often, the devil’s in the details – knowing how to debate complicated matters can make one forget how to use the basics.
One of those are POIs, Points of information. Frequently used in debates they can be used to find faults in another team’s case, or bringing important clarifications to tackle your opponent’s case even outside your speaking time – if used correctly.
This evening, at 7.30pm in Hörsaal XVIIb in the Hauptgebäude of the University of Cologne, our workshop coach Helena Hecke welcomes your to refresh and elaborate your basic strategical debating skills.
